Of course! Many of the services I offer can be done virtually. We can connect through email or set up a Zoom call to chat through your goals, needs, and create a plan that works best for you.
The only service limited to local clients is hands-on bodywork, since that requires in-person sessions. Everything else can be tailored to support you wherever you are.
